Business Model:

• The company has been manufacturing, suppling, and installing green technologies in the construction industry since 1994.
• In early years this focused on solar water heaters and solar heating technology.
• The solar heaters are installed for domestic homeowners, for housing projects and developments, and  sold to local South African resellers and exported to Southern African countries.
• Since 2013 the company has been conducting R&D, designing, manufacturing and conducting pilot projects on the building system.
• In late 2019 the company commercialized the business and started selling and installing the system.
• We are a propriety exclusive industrialized, prefabricated, modular, modern design, premium building system.
• The buildings are off-grid, self-powering mostly by solar energy. Water recycling system is an integral part of the solution.
• The solar PV roof termed PoweRoof is an integral structure to the system and forms part of the architecture. No retrofitting of solar PV panels on tiles or metal sheeting.
