We are a family business specialized in the production, packaging and marketing of gourmet fish products 100% handmade.

For years we have been taking care of the elaboration process of our products: northern smoked sardine ions. All our products are elaborated following the old recipes of the founding family.

The company was founded in 2008.

We are pioneers in the production of smoked sardines, so that, in addition to offering a unique gourmet product of exquisite taste, we also offer a product of certain exclusivity.

The high selection by our professionals in strict criteria of packaging, makes our ions are unbeatable and always national product.

Currently our main market is at national level, but in recent years we have been establishing commercial relationships with distributors in some European countries and Hong Kong.

The sardines we use are subjected to a rigorous and meticulous selection: all our raw material must have been caught during the fishing season (summer), in order to preserve all its fat. We choose large caliber specimens in order to offer larger and juicer ions.

Our product stands out for being a semi-preserved product, which, unlike traditional preserves, are not subjected to any thermal process. Therefore, the semi-preserved product guarantees a very special favor, aroma and texture, difficult to imitate.

The containers are heat-sealed to ensure the quality of the product, and its conservation for 150 days.

In recent years, we have been awarded several times in the Artisan Awards of Castilla y Leon in categories such as Best Preserves, Best Product Image.
