What are the benefits for your production, machinery and equipment as well as final products from the PTFE belts offered by us? PTFE belts have excellent resistance to high temperatures, which allows for safe use in production processes, e.g. in heat treatment. As a consequence, they decrease significant production downtime. PTFE belts also have excellent chemical resistance, which allows them to be safely used in various industries where they can come into contact with aggressive chemicals. Another very useful feature is low coefficient of friction. This increases efficiency and reduces energy consumption in processes. Belts of PTFE are also known for their high tensile strength. Their wear resistance is especially important on high-speed production lines. A particularly interesting and important advantage is the PTFE antistatic mesh, which does not allow the accumulation of electric charges. This prevents the attraction of dust and dirt, which can be especially important in the production of sensitive electronic components or products requiring clean environments for production. PTFE is a non-stick material, which makes it easy to clean and maintain belts. This reduces downtime for cleaning, which in turn translates to greater efficiency of the production line.
