The company possesses expertise in product design, software, and hardware technology. It offers firefighting drones equipped with collision avoidance and recoil control technology. The drones are designed to efficiently extinguish high-rise building fires and/or operate independently in densely populated areas, offering rapid-fire suppression effects. The company seeks partnerships with public agencies and firefighting organizations through order production arrangements.
Their drones have gained recognition and have received positive evaluations in the domestic agricultural drone market, with annual sales of over 500 units. Over the past 5 years, the company has sold more than 2,000 units, leveraging its accumulated production know-how to establish specialized manufacturing processes for drones. It has obtained AS9100 (Aerospace Management System) certification, highlighting its expertise in product design, application software, hardware integration, various sensor integration, firmware and software improvement, and development.
The firefighting drones' implementation is as follows: drones pull up a connected hose above the fire location from a fire truck. While spraying water from a lower position would follow a parabolic trajectory, drones make extinguishing fires more efficient by positioning the connected hose higher than the fire. Once the optimal fire extinguishing position is determined, the fire truck supplies high-pressure water, transmitted through the connected hose to the drone located at high altitude. The firefighting water is finally sprayed in a forward direction from the special mission device installed on the drone, reaching approximately 30 meters.
Stage of Development: TRL 8 – Available for demonstration
Advantages and Innovation:
– Capable of carrying the weight of the fire hose: payload 50kg;
– Amount of water sprayed through the fire hose: over 120 liters per minute;
– Stable hovering while lifting a weight of about 50kg: Hovering effective range within 1 meter;
– Wind resistance 14m/s;
– Stable flight in urban areas with severe radio interference;
– Equipped with electronic control technology that resists the pressure of firefighting water and rebound control technology for foaming devices;
– Possession of anti-collision and autonomous avoidance technology;
– Intuitive design considering repair or replacement of consumables;
– Technical support for repairs in local country;
– The production method is based on AS9100 (Aeronautical and Space Management System);
– Drones can serve as a replacement for expensive aerial ladder trucks
The company is looking for technology partners and/or distributors in the following relevant sectors: fire resistance/safe products, agriculture machinery/technology, precision agriculture, fire safety technology, aerospace & defense, construction, and retail.
