Our company was founded in 1986 in Usak-Turkey, the capital of recycling textile industry in the world. Through research and development of latest recycling innovations and techniques, our company is now the pioneer of recycled cotton manufacturing industry, with more than 30 year experience and exporting to more than 30 countries in seven continents around the globe.
We produce environmentally friendly yarns by processing raw materials obtained from textile waste through following production steps; collection and separation of textile wastes, tearing the textile waste to tiny pieces in carding machines, blending of the recycled cotton fibers and Repreve (produced from the recycling of waste plastic bottles), wool, acrylic, polyester according to the customer requirements, draw frame and oe rotor spinning.
Thanks to our recycled production, from the 1st day up to now, we saved 42.25 billion liters of water and we eliminated the usage of 3200 tons of chemicals & dyestuffs and 30.000 tons of cotton fiber.
For sustainable production, solar panel investment is done, 90% of knitting mill electricity (150.000 kw/month) and 30% of spinning mill electricity (300.000 kw/month) is covered by these solar panels avoiding 7.800.000 tons/year CO2 emissions.
We manufacture with more than 200 employees recycled yarns in various colors and in different yarn counts with the following blends; Cotton / Polyester, Cotton / Repreve, Wool / Acrylic / Polyester, Cotton / Acrylic / Polyester, Acrylic / Polyester, 100% Polyester.
Our recycled yarns are produced with special requirements according to final usage such as socks, towels, fabrics and etc.
We produce recycled yarns not only according to our color cards but also based on our customer’s special color requirements.
In state of art folding and twisting machines, we can also offer folded and twisted yarns up to 10 ply according to the end user’s demands.
We have Global Recycled Standard, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Repreve Certification.
The U Trust® verification program is a comprehensive certification program designed to provide customers using REPREVE ® with the highest level of transparency. Each and every fabric contains FiberPrint ®, a proprietary tracer technology used to analyze and validate REPREVE fiber content claims and composition.
Beside recycled yarn production, starting from 2013, we have been transforming the yarns into fabrics in various colors in our integrated knitting mill.
In 40 circular knitting machines, we can produce Single Jersey, 1X1 Rib, 2X1 Rib, Interlock, Flatback, Pique, Waffle, French Terry, Fleece fabrics with 12 tons/day capacity.
